Mailvex provides users with access to temporary, disposable email addresses. The service is designed for temporary use and protecting your primary email address from spam. You understand that inboxes are public and accessible to anyone with the address.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Mailvex for any unlawful purposes, including but not limited to:

• Sending spam or unsolicited messages (Mailvex is receive-only)
• Registering for services with fraudulent intent
• Harassing or abusing other users
• Distributing malware or malicious content

4. Limitation of Liability

Mailvex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
